A Bach Flower Custom Blend is a personalized combination of Bach Flower essences designed to support your unique emotional needs at this moment in time. As you take your blend over 5-8 weeks, you may notice shifts in your emotions, with some concerns resolving while new ones arise. When this happens, you can retake the survey to create a new blend that aligns with your current emotional state, ensuring ongoing balance and support.

The original Bach Flower mother essence bottles use a small amount of alcohol as a preservative. However, the dilution process significantly reduces the alcohol content in a custom blend. Only 2 drops of each selected essence are added to a 1.5 oz. bottle, which is then further diluted when you take your dose—just 4 drops of the blend added to a glass of water. While the final amount of alcohol is extremely minimal, if you are avoiding alcohol entirely, you may choose not to opt for a Bach Flower Remedy.
