    A completed intake form is required 48 hours in advance.

    - Choose a quiet, private space.
    - Use headphones and turn off notifications.
    - A backup phone connection ensures uninterrupted audio.

  • Reinforcement Homework

    You'll receive a recording to listen to daily (or at least every other day) for two weeks. Using it when challenges arise—such as cravings, anxiety, or insomnia—reinforces positive changes.
